- Users can delete their chat histories independently.
- On account deletion, all stored data linked to the account, including training data and chat history, will be erased.

- Admin accounts can invite other users, granting them access to certain features. The admin bears responsibility for the actions and data shared by these invited users.
- Users collaborating via Supportal Workspaces can share messages, photos, documents, and videos. Shared content becomes accessible to all participants in the workspace.

- We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
- We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes, provided you have given us your permission.
