By accessing or using the Supportal AI web, mobile web app, or mobile app for iOS and Android, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Supportal AI provides the following features:

• Audio recording for transcription, training, and messaging purposes.
• Uploading of URL links, text docs, pdf files, .doc files, and audio files in .mp3 and .wav formats for AI training.
• Chat history storage, review, and deletion.
• Account creation, maintenance, and deletion.

• Uploaded data is transformed into "text embeddings" and is not retrievable in its original form.
• We do not store data on our servers in its original form.
• Uploaded data is not encrypted; users are advised to avoid uploading sensitive or private information.
• Chat histories are stored within the app but can be deleted by users.

• Users can independently delete their accounts, erasing all associated data.
• Admin accounts can invite users who will have access to app features. Admins bear responsibility for invited users' actions and associated costs.
• We recommend that all users secure their accounts with strong, unique passwords and follow best security practices.

• Users can collaborate through Supportal Workspaces, sharing messages, photos, documents, and videos.
• Accessible via Supportal AI mobile apps on iOS and Android.

• Our mobile apps for iOS and Android offer a tailored experience of the Supportal AI web application features, including voice recording.

Supportal AI shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the data or any breaches resulting from weak passwords or poor security practices by the users.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are expected to periodically review these terms to stay updated.
