- Select the file type you wish to upload (.doc, .txt, .pdf, or .mp3).For .mp3 files: After uploading, the system will automatically transcribe the audio. The resulting transcript becomes part of the training data. Please note that transcription accuracy may vary.
b. URL Scraping:
- Head over to the URL Scraping section.
- Input the URLs of the web pages you'd like to add to the training data.It's recommended to scrape a maximum of 100 links at a time to ensure optimal processing.

- Prompts can be deleted or new ones added based on your requirements.

- Here you can select the domain you wish to apply the customizations to. This is useful if you have multiple domains or subdomains.
- Simply click on the dropdown and choose or input the relevant domain.
- Click on the dashed rectangle or drag your desired logo image to this area.
- Supports .jpg and .png formats with a maximum size of 200x200px.
- Your current uploaded logo will be displayed with its file name below the upload box.
- To remove a previously uploaded logo, click on the 'Delete' button.
- Determine if you want to capture and store the email of users interacting with your chat agent.
- You can select from the options such as 'Required', 'Optional', or 'Do not store' based on your preferences and compliance needs.
- If Required or Optional are selected the user will be prompted to enter their email address to use the chat service when embedded on a website. Required will make it mandatory to enter email to continue using, while Optional will allow user to close the box without inputting their email.
